Farming Weight

Farming Weight is a measurement for a player's dedication to farming and a sort of way to see how much time they've spent farming, weight is calculated separately for each crop and then added up to make your total. NOTE: Farming XP does not contribute to your weight outside of one-time weight bonuses, ensuring fairness regardless of crop choice.

*Mushroom weight is calculated dynamically because of the Mooshroom Cow pet. Because Cactus and Sugar Cane are both 2 blocks per break, the cow's perk gives you twice the normal rate of mushroom drops than from other crops. To counter this, you get half the weight from mushrooms for the ratio of Cactus and Sugar Cane farmed out of the total weight, and the remainder is calculated normally.

Pest Weight adjustments

Pest Weight adjustments are used to mitigate the weight gained from pests. The adjustments are calculated in brackets, with an associated farming fortune noted that was used to calculate your average drops per pest kill.

NOTE: This system is progressive, which means that as you hit the next bracket, the previous bracket's pest amounts are still using their associated bracket's fortune values.

Bonus Weight

There are a few sources of bonus weight that can be obtained. These are not intended to be a significant source of weight, but rather a small bonus intended to reward the player for progression outside of just farming collection.

Farming 50	+100
Farming 60	+150	Stacks with the level 50 reward, for a total bonus weight of 250 from farming level
Anita Bonus	+2-30	For each level of Anita Bonus unlocked, you'll get 2 more weight.
Contest Medals	+0.25-750	Your best Gold/Platinum/Diamond medals are counted at rates of 0.25/0.5/0.75 weight respectively, up to 1000 medals.
Farming Minions	+5-50	For each unique tier 12 farming minion, you'll earn 5 bonus weight.
